The Kingston Quay House Meeting will take place on Thursday 26th March at the Premier Inn on Ballater Street, Glasgow G5 0TW, 7pm start.

Property management proposals

Please use your user name and password to view the Kingston Quay property management proposals. All proposers will be invited to make a short presentation at the House Meeting on March 26th in Glasgow (at the Premier Inn on Ballater Street) when you will get the opportunity to ask questions.

All owners will receive a ballot paper and voting instructions next week in advance of the House Meeting. If owners who let their properties receive their mail from their letting agents, please contact them to arrange for them to forward your ballot paper on to you.

DATE OF HOUSE MEETING - 26th March 2009

To all owners

Please note that the date of the House Meeting is Thursday 26th March 2009 at 7pm in Glasgow at the Premier Inn on Ballater Street. You will soon receive a ballot paper from the Electoral Reform Services by post along with voting instructions. If you cannot attend the House Meeting, you will be able to vote by post. The purpose of the House Meeting is to decided on who will be the permanent factor/property manager at Kingston Quay. You will be asked to consider three proposals, updates of which will be posted on this site before 10th March.
