Notice to all owners
Kingston Quay’s property manager, A&K Property Management Services Ltd have compiled a complete debtors' list of owners who do not pay their factors fees or are in arrears with their payments. This list will be supplied to lawyers, McLure Naismith on Monday 20th April to take action by all necessary legal means to recover fees owed to Kingston Quay. This will include placing a Notice of Potential Liability on your property. You will be charged all legal fees and interest on your bad debt. If you think you are in arrears, contact A&K via the concierge office or at
kqpropertymanager@googlemail.com and bring your account up to date.
Not paying your factors fees is selfish and irresponsible. You enjoy the benefits of shared utilities and services without contributing. Remember – if you do not pay, you are not insured under the general building insurance policy and any damage to your property will not be covered by Kingston Quay’s policy. This may put you in breach of your mortgage arrangements with your lender.
If you are a tenant and you do not know if your factors fees are being paid by your landlord, contact them and ask. Alert them to this prior notice of legal action.
